Trois années se sont écoulées depuis que la déesse Belldandy et ses deux sœurs sont entrées dans la vie de Keiichi Morisato, le jeune étudiant. En cette nouvelle rentrée universitaire Celestin, l’ancien mentor de Belldandy, fait son apparition. Il vient demander à Belldandy de l’aider à bâtir un nouveau monde. Mais suite à un malentendu, il lui fait perdre la mémoire et propage un virus qui ravage le réseau informatique céleste, menaçant le monde entier ! Pour couronner le tout, la belle Morgan, une nouvelle recrue du club de mécanique, tente de séduire Keichi... La force de leur amour sauvera-t-elle le monde ?
